The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven professional to become the key player within our Operations function in Perth. Reporting to the National Manager, the Operations Manager will oversee the entire day-to-day operations of the roadside business and maintain strong relationships with the major stakeholders in the auto clubs.

Additionally, we offer a friendly team environment, induction and training and opportunities for career progression.

Duties

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the WA Roadside Assistance operations
  • Ensure customer agreed targets and KPIs are met
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the Motoring Clubs
  • Provide leadership to the Operations team
  • Assist with the ongoing development of the Roadside Patrols
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • On-board new Contractors
  • Performance manage the Roadside Patrols
  • Conduct Patrol meetings
  • Conduct Operations team meetings
  • Ensure all services are delivered in a safe & compliant manner
  • Report and investigate all incidents
