JUNIOR ICT SUPPORT OFFICER

The role, the responsibilities and what you will own
Working in a team environment for an internal ICT position, your main responsibilities are:
- Be the first (and friendly) point of contact for all phone calls and ticket requests
- Self-sufficiently monitor, manage, resolve, and/or escalate incidents/problems
- Great attention to detail, and routinely follow process and procedure
- Passion and thirst to learn more!
- User & Application support
- Microsoft office suite
- Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- Exchange Server
- Active Directory
- Networks - Subnets, TCP/IP
- Mobile Technologies (Including IOS) and Mobile Device Management (MDM)

Skills & experience
The successful candidate will be able to show basic understanding with the following technologies:
You will have a good understanding of ITIL and Incident, Request and Change Management processes and tools coupled with solid communication skills. You are also team oriented, self-sufficient, flexible with hours and have the ability to take ownership, plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks through to completion.
